Dear Team,
I would like to bring to your kind notice that I am saying farewell to you all as I am going to leave this organization. The farewell does not mean the final goodbye as we will hopefully remain in touch in the future. I had a great time working with all of you, and I have learned a lot in doing so, something which will surely help me in my future.
I hope to see all around again soon and have some quality time to spend in the future. I believe this is not the end of our friendship as the end of something is just the beginning of something else. I wish all the best for your future.
Thanking you.
Yours sincerely,

Dear Colleagues,
I would like to bring to your notice that effective from next week, I shall be resigning from my current position at this company. Due to my daughter’s ailing health and treatment procedures, I am relocating to a different city which has individual centers for her treatment. As such, I have also taken up a job in the same city. It is difficult for me to express in words how much this company has meant to me and I will surely miss all of you, with whom I’ve shared a camaraderie during my time here. I genuinely wish that we can remain and contact, and I hope that our paths can cross once again in the future.
Yours Sincerely
Jason Todd
