Dear ___________, (Madam/Sir )
This letter is in regard to the job interview for which I appeared on _____________ (mention the date) for the post of _____________ (mention the post).
During the interview, the interview panel gave a strong positive sign saying that I’ll receive the offer letter very soon and due to this reason I have not applied to any other companies and now their job applying panel have closed. I request you to reconsider my job application for the same applied post and highlight the areas where I need to improve.
Waiting for a positive response from your side.
Thanking you,
Yours Sincerely,
