Service introduction letters are letters of reference written by a person to a company or an organization introducing an employee and his services in that organization. Such letters are formal letters, and they are written so that the employee may gain an impetus in establishing a rapport with his employers or a good reputation in the office.
Such letters are written by people who themselves are qualified individuals and who have had experience in the field in which the employee is going to work. These letters contain praise(s) for the employee and the guarantee that the employee’s service will benefit the organization. It may also include letters of recommendation from previous employees.

- Mention that the employee is deserving and will be very fitting and appropriate for the office’s work environment.
- Mention your own work experience. Write about things that you have done/did which are related to the work the employee’s about to do. This will make it clear to the recipient that the employee as well the person who is recommending him are both qualified individuals.
