A Medical Appeal Letter is one which is written by an individual who took a medical policy and wishes to get his insured amount intact. This is an effort made by him to get justice from the authorities with regard to the insured amount. All paperwork should be meticulously checked whenever you are dealing with insurance companies. There are times when insurance companies will simply delay or reject amount, based on terms and conditions, which hardly anyone reads.
If possible send the letter from a lawyer or a third party who acts on your behalf. The letter so was written is to be sent to the insurance company for a coverage that was denied for a medical treatment, or for not getting in hand the entire amount that was promised. This type of appeal letter relating to medical grounds would most likely be addressed to the concerned medical authorities, supervisors etc to request them to look into the matter. This would signify the date or purpose of making an appeal, any reference numbers, and any problem areas to deal with etc. to be briefed up. Check out the tips, sample, and template to know how to write the letter.

I am _____ (Your Name) writing this letter for the cause to convince you that I am in need of money to make payment of my medical bills incurred in the hospital, but unfortunately officials in the office have denied me the same. As a result of which I cannot move forward with the payment as I have invested all the required money through the channel of insurance.
Your company also promised services to me exactly in this line. Ultimately it seems that I am going to be the loser. Do you think it a fair practice? Certainly not. Hence let me take this opportunity to appeal to you to take immediate action and kindly do me a favor. Such unethical practices will no doubt hamper the good prospects of the insurance company and the sector as a whole and the timely action from officials like you is necessary to protect its reputation and in building up its positive image.
Yours sincerely

Respected Sir/Madam,
I have great pain in bringing before you my case of not getting the medical insurance coverage amount for which I have enrolled for the insurance scheme.
At the time of need, the insurance agencies are giving lame excuses to deny my claim. Their stand is that I have to submit more documents and wait for a definite period to get the papers cleared. Unfortunately, such rules and regulations were not at all specified in the documents given to me at the time I enrolled for the policy.
All their promises turned out to be false and they are trying to deny me the insurance benefits by hook or by crook. Needless to say that you should kindly act on this to get justice done and help me out. This is not at all a good corporate practice.
Hope positive action from you at the earliest
Thanking you,
Yours sincerely,
Mark Moio

Subject: Medical Aid Appeal Letter
Respected Mr.Gordon,
It is to positively state before you the case of a few youngsters in our village who are suffering from unidentified disease and who find it very difficult to recover from this. Even the doctors who examined them are of the opinion that it is never before appeared in the medical history and very difficult even to identify it.
What they do is give some pain relief injections and medicines and certain chemical combinations in the form of medicines so that they can get some sort of relief in the present stage of affairs. We think you might have become convinced of the situation we are in. We seek the help of people like you who always stood at the forefront of such social activities to make the lives of other people better.
We believe that with your help we will be able to get some experienced doctors and even get some transportation so that we can shift people to good hospitals.
Hence we hope your full-fledged cooperation in our effort to create a healthy society which is free from fear and disease.
Thanking you in advance.
Yours Faithfully,
Mary Jona.
