Respected Sir/Madam,

It is to make a note of the heavy fine levied on me on account of the violation of the parking fine which I by mistake committed in the city yesterday. It is a fact that unknowingly I parked the vehicle on the wrong side, but the officer in charge abused me in public. He has imposed a fine that is too high for a small mistake as parking the vehicle on the wrong side. Let me ask you, sir, is this the culture that you are so faithfully following and made to implement among the personnel in your department? It is pathetic to see such a department interacting with the public with such a low-grade culture and behavior patterns.

I request you to make some initiative in the form of training be rendered to such personnel to deal well with the public, and at the same time kindly refer to my case to see the facts for yourself. Hence, my appeal to you is to make a considerable reduction in the exorbitant amount of fine being imposed on the vehicle.
