Internship is the first stage of employment in an organization. After internship, a person moves on to next stage i.e. probation stage and then finally an employee becomes permanent in an organization which is nothing but confirmation. An internship resume cover letter is the first cover letter that is given to an organization for applying for his/her job in the organization but only as an intern. This letter should be targeted towards problem –solving by mentioning how one can fulfill the needs for doing a particular job rather than simply listing one’s requirements.

A person should convey to the organization that you are the best for the company since you are just a fresher. These letters are used by the ones who wish to start their career.
